Moments at the Villa is the driving force behind the events and activities at Osteria in Scandiano.
At the helm is Sandra Grasselli, an event planning and digital promotion specialist. In Villa Palazzina, the first step to make great things happen is to get to know each other: Sandra regularly meets with companies, individuals and brides and grooms to present the venue, services and spaces in the best possible way.
In addition to the restaurant and garden, we have a classic and private conference room: perfect for business meetings and training courses. It can accommodate between 10 and 40 people, who will enjoy access to coffee breaks and business lunches in the restaurant.
Classic Events and Activities:
Weddings: In addition to fairytale spaces, we offer comprehensive styling advice covering the entire design of the event (colour, theme, decor…). We can also assist in sourcing professional suppliers, carefully chosen according to the preferences of the bride and groom.
Cookery courses: For cookery enthusiasts, trainees and amateurs. Learn recipes and become acquainted with fires, stoves, cooking techniques and ingredients in our restaurant’s professional kitchen. First we make the dinner, then we all eat together!
Photographic services: With its romantic garden and its comfortable and impeccable rooms, Villa Palazzina is a complete and original set in which to develop a photographic project. The sun is our ally: surrounding the villa, its plays of light and shadow vary according to the time of day.

Theatre at the restaurant: The restaurant becomes a theatre, the chairs become armchairs, the dinner a comedy made up of tragicomic situations in three acts through which the guests, over dinner, discover what happens behind the scenes in the restaurant. It is a light-hearted production to experience both as spectator and protagonist.
Creative tables, mise en place at the Villa: a practical and inspiring afternoon to brush up on the rules of etiquette and adapt them to your own private events, from the simplest to the most elaborate. The different table settings, as suggested by etiquette professionals, will allow plenty of space for conversation and style advice.
Aperivilla: Enjoy this aperitivo picnic on the lawn, every Friday in summer. Between soft towels and cushions, with a good bottle of wine and delicious nibbles from the restaurant, the evening in the garden is tinged with magic as your thoughts drift away like soap bubbles.
